What is the deadline for construction?
The construction of prefabricated houses runs from 1 to 3 months, according to the complexity and volume of the house.
Deadline for making the items of the prefabricated construction - parallel to the approval of the investment project.
The period is shortened because the items are made in our manufacturing base within the time of the procedure for issuing building permission in the respective municipality. By the time of issuing of the building permission, the house is already produced and we proceed to its installation.
Deadline for building the foundations - approximately 7 working days.
Deadline for installation of 100 sq. m of built-up area - approximately 7 working days.
Deadline for the finishing work - between 5 and 30 working days, according to the prescribed volume.
