What is the timetable for construction?
The stages of construction follow after the submission of the technical design for issuing of building permission.
The steps here are:
1. Preliminary production of wall, floor and roof panels in our manufacturing base
(after we have lodged the project, we can give a start of the stages for preliminary manufacture of the house elements - the period runs parallel with the examination of the project)
2. Issuance of building permission (with the building permission, we can begin the construction on the property)
3. Construction of a reinforced concrete foundation (10 days are enough to allow concrete, laid on an embankment of gravel, to gain adequate strength for loading)
4. Installation of the prefabricated components of the house (the wall, floor and roof panels are transported to the site, unloaded and assembled on the constructed foundation by crane)
5. Finishing work under the contract concluded with the client (depending on the type and extent of the finishing work, it may take different time - from 10-20 to 40-60 working days)
6. Preparation of a technical passport of the building, according to Article 176 of the SPA (a document, which includes the technical characteristics of the construction elements connected with the implementation of the essential requirements of Article 169, paragraphs 1-3 of the SPA, operation instructions, servicing, inspection, maintenance, repair, etc.)
Up to what stage do we deliver the house?
In the event that the value of construction under the contract does not include putting into operation, we deliver the finished house after the preparation of the technical passport. If you are satisfied with the quality of completed construction works, and we have fulfilled everything as provided in the contract - you sign a delivery and acceptance protocol. This protocol is the basis for repayment of the last part of the sum under the contract.
