I like the houses you  offer. What next?

 

Before you decide whether to become our customer, we can make preliminary architectural plans for your future house. These are the so called feasibility studies, which  give  us  a  basic  idea  for  the  future house.   Through them, you will be able to specify what kind of house you want, and we can prepare a specific preliminary offer for it.

 

 

For this purpose, the steps are:

 

1. Brief description of your requirements (things you want us to take into consideration in the elaboration of a preliminary design).

 

2. Provision of a current sketch of your property (in order to make distributions it is necessary that you send us a sketch - architectural  distributions  depend  much  on the configuration of the property, the location of the street and any existing "additional construction" in the property according to Article 20 of the Spatial Planning Act).

 

3. In case that your terrain is sloping, it is desirable to provide us with data from a geodetic survey (thus we could develop an idea for landscaping).

 

4. Development of preliminary feasibility studies  (creation  of  distributions  consistent with the contour of the property, the slope and your preliminary requirements and expectations).

 

5. Choice of a version of distribution (after you decide  that  a  version  meets your requirements, we will prepare a preliminary price offer).

 

6. Approval of the preliminary offer (in case that the price we offer meets your requirements, you  should  conclude  a contract).
