What is the price of the Sweet Home prefabricated houses and what does it depend on?
* Sweet Home customers determine the price of the houses they order by themselves. We have a wide price range on offer available for our customers to choose the best quote according to their budget. However, our experience so far shows that the most commonly quoted price amounts to 390 Euro per sq.m. This price is for fully completed turnkey house and includes: project, plaster facade, PVC joinery with low emission glass, interior doors, laminate floorings, internal plastering and painting, bathroom walls and floor coverings (tiles), external walls with U= 0.25 W/m2*K, fully completed electric and plumbing installations, bitumen roof shingles and mineral wool board insulation. The price is not inclusive of transport costs and foundations.
* We always strive to offer the best price to our customers for the product they receive. It does not mean at all that it is the lowest on the market. We insist, above all, on quality and we offer an individual design solution for the needs of each client. Our price is formed after we get acquainted in detail with your requirements.
* Our objective is to provide an offer for each case - as close as possible to the future design of the house. At the stage of preliminary consultation, we seek to clarify the main parameters of the building - area, type of materials to be used, amount of insulation, terrain slope and volume of the finishing work.
* When designing a house outside of Bulgaria, the project is adapted to the local legislation.
