What is a prefabricated house?
 
This is a house with all surrounding  elements (floors, walls, roof) prefabricated to a high degree of completeness.  The elements made in such a way are assembled in a specific sequence on a pre-built foundation.  Visually, prefabricated houses do not differ at all from conventional houses.   The Spatial Planning Act also does not distinguish between them and sets similar requirements for the buildings no matter how they are constructed.

~ 0.49 W / (m2 * K). Ordinance № 7 of 2004 on energy efficiency requires  U <0.35 W / (m2 * K)].
 
* You save energy by the low emission glass in the glass pack of the exterior joinery (profile with minimum four-chamber system).
 
* The interior walls and inter-storey floor structures (filled with wadding according to special details) meet the housing standards under Ordinance 4 of 2006 on reduction of the harmful noise. The index (R'w) of soundproofing of the walls from air noise is over 40dB. The index (L'nw) of insulation from impact noise of the floor structures   is over
53dB.
 
* All necessary installations (electric, water, etc.) are pre-built into the walls. The panel of the wall is ready for final coating without the necessity of equalizing plaster. Selection of additional installations on demand of the customer.
