What is a prefabricated house?
This is a house with all surrounding elements (
floors,
walls,
roof) prefabricated to a high degree of completeness. The elements made in such a way are assembled in a specific sequence on a pre-built foundation. Visually, prefabricated houses do not differ at all from conventional houses. The Spatial Planning Act also does not distinguish between them and sets similar requirements for the buildings no matter how they are constructed.
What are the advantages of the trademark Sweet Home?
* You save money through a repeatedly proven technology and careful organization of the construction process.
* The total
price of the building is ensured by precise quantitative account of all input materials under the project.
* You save time with a short and guaranteed deadline – 2-3 months are necessary from project to completion depending on the volume of construction. The preliminary construction may start with the submission of the
project for acquiring building permission.
* Accuracy of installation – up to 1 mm in the workshop and on the construction site. Profound detailed analysis and precise fulfillment.
* Choice between steel and wooden bearing
structures of the building. Possibility for creation of a modern architectural image.
* Earthquake resistance due to the less internal forces resulting from the many times lighter weight of the prefabricated part.
* You save energy from the lower heat transfer coefficient (U). For example, for the external walls:
- 20 cm wall - with 10 cm basic
mineral wool insulation and additional insulation of 5 cm
EPS(styrofoam) U <0.25 W / (m2 * K)
- 25 cm Wall - with 10 cm basic mineral wool insulation and additional insulation of 10 cm EPS (styrofoam) U <0.19 W / (m2 * K)
[In comparison with the 25 cm wall of hollow bricks, insulated with 5 cm EPS (styrofoam) U
~ 0.49 W / (m2 * K). Ordinance № 7 of 2004 on energy efficiency requires U <0.35 W / (m2 * K)].
* You save energy by the
low emission glass in the glass pack of the exterior joinery (profile with minimum four-chamber system).
* The interior walls and inter-storey
floor structures (filled with wadding according to special details) meet the housing standards under Ordinance 4 of 2006 on reduction of the harmful noise. The index (R'w) of soundproofing of the walls from air noise is over 40dB. The index (L'nw) of insulation from impact noise of the floor structures is over
53dB.
* All necessary
installations (electric, water, etc.) are pre-built into the walls. The panel of the wall is ready for final coating without the necessity of equalizing plaster. Selection of additional installations on demand of the customer.
* We are a company investing a lot of time, intellect, knowledge and resources for improvement of the production facilities and the technological process, which allows us to offer you a modern product of high quality.
