Installations

 

 

 

The electrical installation is embedded in the panels during manufacture. All cables are placed in corrugated channels for security purposes. This includes a high voltage and low voltage installation system.

The construction of a low voltage installation depends on the requirements of each client. It should be clarified at the stage of conceptual design.

 

Television and internet - from the entry point of connection to the distribution box or Wi-Fi router, an embedding route is provided (a corrugated pipe)

 

Depending on your requirements and the possibilities of the budget that you have provided, it is possible to mount the following additional installations/systems:

 

- Access Control (SOT)

- CCTV

- Doorbell system

- Home telephone

- Fire alarm system

- Sound system

 

All additional installations are set in the technical design and the necessary space for their construction is provided at the stage of building up. Some installations are placed by a licensed supplier with whom the customer signs an additional contract.

 

 

The plumbing installation is embedded in the panels during manufacture. Polypropylene tubes and parts are used and the locations of binding and splicing are hidden in the panels.

 

The locations of the water supply and sewerage system are provided with the building of the  foundation,  i.e.,  their  exact locations are set prior to its construction. 

 

 

The method of heating and ventilation depends on the overall structure of the building. There are various solutions in compliance with the relevant norms. The specific type of heating / ventilation is determined by the technical design and is coordinated with the company which delivers / installs it.
